Your free trial

No card to start. 7 days free — or the full 14 with a card on file.

How the trial works

  • Sign up and pick a plan. No card, no checkout page — you get 7 days of full access.
  • Add a card (at signup or any time) and the trial runs to 14 days instead. Nothing is charged until it ends.
  • When a cardless trial ends, you can still capture evidence on your jobs — but completion packs, downloads and pack emails pause until a card is added.
  • Add a card at that point and everything unlocks straight away — you keep whatever's left of your 14 days. Past day 14, billing starts as soon as the card is added.
  • Walk away instead and you pay nothing.

Adding a card early

You can put a card on file any time from Profile → Manage billing, or with Add a card — get 14 days free on the plan screen. Do that and the trial rolls straight into a paid plan on day 15, so you're not interrupted by a payment screen in the middle of a job.

Got a promo code?

On the Stripe checkout page, click Add promotion code and paste it in. 100%-off codes (e.g. BETA) will set the subscription to £0 — useful for beta testers and friendlies.

Cancelling

  1. Open your Profile page.
  2. Click Manage billing — opens the Stripe customer portal.
  3. Click Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period (or trial).

Changing plans

Same place — Profile → Manage billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're billed pro-rata for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don't lose what you've paid for.

Failed payment

If your card declines, we'll retry over the next few days and email you each time. After three failed retries the account moves to past due — you can still sign in, but new jobs are paused until billing is sorted. Update the card via Manage billing and you're back instantly.
