Joining a team with a 6-digit code

What the code does

It links your SignCheck account to your manager's organisation. Once joined, you see their jobs in your queue, you appear on their team list, and they can assign work to you directly.

Joining at sign-up (recommended)

1. Open /accept-invite on your phone or laptop.
2. Type the 6-digit code your manager gave you.
3. Add your name, email, and a password.
4. Tap Join the team. We'll create your account in one step — no separate email confirmation needed.
5. You land straight in your installer queue, ready for jobs.

Joining after sign-up

Already created your account? You can join from settings:

1. Open your Profile.
2. Scroll to Team membership.
3. Type your 6-digit code, tap Join team.

The code didn't work

• It's 6 digits, no letters. Codes look like 472901. If yours has letters or a dash in it, it's an old-format code — ask your manager to mint a fresh one from the team page.
• Single use.Once a code has been redeemed once, it can't be used again. Ask your manager for a new one if needed.
• Codes expire after 14 days. Ask your manager to mint a fresh one from Team → + Add Installer → Generate code.
• You can be in more than one team. If you subcontract for multiple managers, each gives you their own code and you redeem each one.

Switching teams

From Profile → Team membership, click Leave team, then paste the new code. Your job history stays with you, but you'll only see the new team's jobs going forward.
