Sending the completion pack

When the install's done and signed off, the pack is generated automatically. Here's how to brand it, preview it, and get it to your client.

What's in the pack

  • Every photo, grouped by sign element and stage
  • GPS coordinates and timestamps for arrival, key stages, and sign-off
  • The client's e-signature (drawn on screen at completion)
  • An AI-generated cover narrative — choose between Client-facing, Internal, or HSE-ready (with full UK regulation references)
  • A Safety Evidence Record mapping each stage to CDM 2015, BS 559:2022, Work at Height Regs, and so on

Brand the pack

Click the paintbrush icon at the top of the completion page to open branding. Set your company logo and primary colour — they apply to every pack you send from now on.

Branding is per-organisation, so once an installation manager sets it, every installer in the team uses the same look.

Sending it

At the bottom of the completion page, four send options:

  • Email— type the recipient, hit send. Goes via SignCheck's mail server with the PDF attached. Reply-to is set to your business email.
  • WhatsApp— opens WhatsApp with the recipient's number and a pre-filled message. You attach the PDF inside WhatsApp.
  • SMS — opens your texting app with a pre-filled link to the downloadable pack.
  • Save PDF — downloads the pack to your device. Useful if you want to send via a different channel or keep a copy.

Re-sending

Once a pack's sent, the job's send history stays on the completion page. Click Send again to resend to the same recipient or pick a new one — the pack is regenerated with the latest data each time.

Common issues

  • Email failed to send— check the recipient's spelling. If correct, they may have spam-filtered SignCheck's sender domain; ask them to whitelist packs@signcheck.ai.
  • PDF is too big — packs over 25 MB may bounce on some inboxes. Use the Save PDF option and share via a download link instead.
  • Wrong photos in the pack— head back to the job's evidence page, fix the photo assignments, then re-open the completion page. The pack regenerates from current data each time.
