SignCheck started with a clipboard, a dropped phone, and a Friday afternoon spent stitching photos, ticks and signatures into a PDF that nobody had time to make.
UK signage is a precise, regulated trade. Every fascia, every channel letter, every projecting box has a paper trail behind it — RAMS, photos, sign-off, completion pack. In practice that paper trail lives across three phones, a clipboard, two WhatsApp chats and somebody's memory. When a brand client or HSE auditor asks for the evidence, it's a scramble.
The product principle behind SignCheck is simple: the pack should write itself from the work. Capture once, in the right structure, and the regulation mapping, the branding, the e-signature and the delivery all come out the other end.
