What is SignCheck, in one sentence?
SignCheck is the installation evidence platform for UK signage — it connects sign makers and installers in real time and turns the day's work into a regulation-mapped completion pack.
Who is it for?
Three roles. Sign makers and manufacturers running dispatch and client work. Installation managers running crews. Installers on site capturing the actual work. Each role sees the bit they care about.
Do I need both an app on my phone and something on a desktop?
No — the installer side is phone-first and the sign maker side works from a desktop or laptop. Crews that don't want to install another app can capture via WhatsApp; everything still lands in the same dashboard.
What if there's no signal on site?
Captures queue offline. As soon as you're back on signal — or back in the van — they upload automatically with the original timestamps preserved.
Compliance & data
Which regulations do the completion packs cover?
Each pack carries a Safety Evidence Record that maps each install stage to CDM 2015, BS 559:2022, Work at Height Regulations 2005 and other UK signage rules. You can pick a client-facing, internal or HSE-ready narrative on export.
Where is the photo and personal data stored?
Customer data is held in our UK/EU Supabase region and processed under UK GDPR. Photos sit in object storage with restricted access; only your team and the clients you explicitly share a pack with can read them.
Can I brand the completion pack with my company or my client's logo?
Yes. Company-branded packs are on Management. Client-branded packs (e.g. Costa, Greggs) are on Manufacturer. Setup is uploading a logo and picking colours — about two minutes.

How does the trial work?
14 days, full access, no card required to start. We'll remind you before it ends and you can pick a plan or walk away.
What if I go over the monthly job limit?
Add Double jobs (+£5/user/mo) or Unlimited (+£10/user/mo) any time. No surprise charges, no overage fees.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Annual plans prorate on upgrade.
How do I cancel?
From your account settings. It takes 30 seconds and there's no phone call or retention pitch.

Does it integrate with [my CRM / accounting / scheduling tool]?
Today we focus on the capture-to-pack workflow itself rather than third-party tools. If a specific integration would change the way your crews work, tell us — that's how the roadmap gets prioritised.
How does the AI voice-note feature work?
Installers record an observation in plain speech. SignCheck transcribes it, cleans it up, classifies any issue (severity, category), and attaches it to the right element and stage. No typing, no template, no missed snags.
