What counts as a job?
A job is a completed installation with its full compliance report: photos, checklists, evidence, sign-off. The licence includes no jobs. Every job is bought, £2 each or less in a pack, and your whole team shares them.
How long do jobs last?
Jobs you buy last 12 months. The 5 jobs in your trial end when the trial ends. Unused jobs aren't refunded.
What if I need more jobs?
Buy them in the app when you need them: £2 for one, or less per job in a pack. You're only charged when you choose to buy.
Can jobs top up automatically?
Only if you turn it on. Auto top-up buys a pack when creating a job would otherwise be blocked, and never spends more than the monthly cap you set (£50 unless you change it). It's off until someone who manages billing switches it on.
Do my crew pay?
No. Your crew are free: one licence per company covers everyone on your team.
What if a company sends me jobs?
The company that sends you a job pays for it. You need a licence of your own only to create your own jobs.
Can I change my licence?
Yes, ask us. The new price starts straight away, and the difference for the rest of the month is charged or credited at once.
