A job is a completed installation with its full compliance report — photos, checklists, evidence, sign-off. Every seat adds 10 jobs a month to one shared pool for your whole team, so 20 users means 200 jobs that anyone can use. Unused jobs don't roll over.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time; the change prorates.
What happens if I go over my job limit?
